Capri Global Capital Limited, operating as Capri Loans, announced a collaboration with OpenAI to integrate enterprise-grade generative AI across its lending operations, supporting the NBFC's technology-led growth strategy. Capri Loans, which has assets under management of over Rs 40,000 crore and serves over 7.6 lakh customers through more than 1,400 branches in India, will explore AI-powered tools to enhance customer service, knowledge management, and operational processes, while maintaining human oversight and data security.
