SM AUTO STAMPING LIMITED will hold a board meeting on August 5, 2026, to consider, among other items, recommending a final dividend for the financial year 2025-26 and approving the opening of a separate dividend account with ICICI Bank Limited, as well as to consider and approve the renewal of a cash credit facility with TJSB SAHAKARI BANK LIMITED’s Saharanpur Road branch in Nashik.
