Borana Weaves Limited appoints Kunjal Dalal, Ishant Jain, and seeks NSE fine waiver

Borana Weaves Limited informed the BSE and National Stock Exchange that its board approved the appointment of Mr. Kunjal Dalal as Secretarial Auditor, Mr. Ishant Jain as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, and also approved a representation to the National Stock Exchange seeking a waiver or refund of a fine levied for non-compliance with SEBI regulations. The board also accepted the resignation of Mr. Jitendrakumar Rewashankar Rawal as Secretarial Auditor.
