Gujjubhai Industries appoints Sagar Mavani as director, while Bhavin Mehta resigns

Gujjubhai Industries Limited, formerly known as Sumuka Agro Industries Limited, announced the appointment of Mr. Sagar Maheshkumar Mavani as an additional independent director, effective July 29, 2026, and the resignation of Mr. Bhavin Mehta from the post of director, also effective July 29, 2026, following a board meeting.
