Darjeeling Industriies Limited, formerly known as Darjeeling Ropeway Company Limited, submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited on July 29, 2026, confirming the dematerialization of share certificates for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, as per Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, with Purva Sharegistry (India) Private Limited acting as the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent.
