UltraTech Cement to consider proposal of NCD issuance up to Rs 5000 cr

UltraTech Cement will consider a proposal to raise funds by issuance of up to 5,00,000 fully paid, unsecured, listed, rated, redeemable, rupee denominated, non-convertible, non-cumulative debentures of Rs. 1,00,000/- each aggregating up to Rs. 5,000 crore in one or more tranches, on private placement basis on 23 July 2026.
