AU Small Finance Bank allots 3.03 lakh equity shares under ESOP

AU Small Finance Bank has allotted 3,03,613 equity shares under ESOP on 20 July 2026. The paid-up equity share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 7,49,28,54,430 to Rs. 7,49,58,90,560.
