Rubicon Research has allotted 1,49,158 equity shares under ESOS on 20 July 2026. Consequently, the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 16,55,31,908 comprising of 16,55,31,908 equity shares of face value Re 1 each.
