MINDACORP further invests Rs 25 cr in Spark Minda Green Mobility Systems

Minda Corporation has acquired additional 2,50,00,000 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each for an amount aggregating to Rs. 25 crore on 19 July 2026 in Spark Minda Green Mobility Systems, wholly owned subsidiary of the company, pursuant to the rights issue.
