Gulf Oil Lubricants India allots 38,751 equity shares under ESOS

Gulf Oil Lubricants India has allotted 38,751 equity shares under ESOS on 14 July 2026. In view of the above, the issued and paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased by Rs 77,502/- aggregating to Rs 9,91,11,052/- comprising of 4,95,55,526 equity shares of Rs 2/- each.
Gulf Oil Lubricants India has allotted 38,751 equity shares under ESOS on 14 July 2026. In view of the above, the issued and paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased by Rs 77,502/- aggregating to Rs 9,91,11,052/- comprising of 4,95,55,526 equity shares of Rs 2/- each.
