Five-Star Business Finance allots 8,180 equity shares under ESOP

Five-Star Business Finance has allotted 8,180 equity shares under ESOP on 06 July 2026. The paid-up share capital of the Company has accordingly increased from Rs 29,51,79,788 consisting of 29,51,79,788 equity shares having a face value of Re 1.00 each to Rs 29,51,87,968 consisting of 29,51,87,968 equity shares having a face value of INR Re 1.00 each.
Five-Star Business Finance has allotted 8,180 equity shares under ESOP on 06 July 2026. The paid-up share capital of the Company has accordingly increased from Rs 29,51,79,788 consisting of 29,51,79,788 equity shares having a face value of Re 1.00 each to Rs 29,51,87,968 consisting of 29,51,87,968 equity shares having a face value of INR Re 1.00 each.
