Metro Brands allots 3,873 equity shares under ESOP

Metro Brands has allotted 3,873 equity shares under ESOP on 03 July 2026. Consequent to this allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs 1,36,28,07,340/- (consisting of 27,25,61,468 equity shares of Rs 5 each) to Rs 1,36,28,26,705 (consisting of 27,25,65,341 equity shares of Rs 5 each).
Metro Brands has allotted 3,873 equity shares under ESOP on 03 July 2026.
