Aarti Industries allots 78,641 equity shares under ESOP

Aarti Industries has allotted 78,641 equity shares under ESOP on 24 June 2026. Post this allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stand increased from Rs. 1,81,32,40,270/- (divided in to 36,26,48,054 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each) to Rs. 1,81,36,33,475/- (divided in to 36,27,26,695 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each).
