Max Estates allots 9,644 equity shares under ESOP

Max Estates has allotted 9,644 equity shares under ESOP on 23 June 2026. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs 1,63,48,76,260/- to Rs 1,63,49,72,700 /- comprising of 16,34,97,270 equity shares of Rs 10/- each.
