Renaissance Global allots 34,590 equity shares under ESOP

Renaissance Global has allotted 34,590 equity shares under ESOP on 19 June 2026. Consequent to this allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 21,46,67,762 comprising of 10,73,33,881 equity shares of Rs.2/- each fully paid-up to Rs. 21,47,36,942 comprising of 10,73,68,471 equity shares of Rs.2/- each fully paid-up.
Renaissance Global has allotted 34,590 equity shares under ESOP on 19 June 2026.
