Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals allots 2.96 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals has allotted 2,96,320 equity shares under ESOP on 04 June 2026. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 13,10,78,300 (constituting of 6,55,39,150 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 13,16,70,940 (constituting of 6,58,35,470 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals has allotted 2,96,320 equity shares under ESOP on 04 June 2026.
