Gland Pharma has allotted 2,03,259 equity shares under ESOS on 02 June 2026. Consequently, the issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 164,959,682/- comprising 164,959,682 equity shares of face value Re.1/- each.
