Net loss of Kolte Patil Developers reported to Rs 15.98 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against net profit of Rs 65.29 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 65.41% to Rs 248.61 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 718.67 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net loss reported to Rs 38.90 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against net profit of Rs 106.56 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales declined 57.20% to Rs 734.96 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 1717.38 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
