Safari Industries allots 1,624 equity shares under ESOP

Safari Industries (India) has allotted 1,624 equity shares under Safari Employees Stock Appreciation Rights Scheme 2022 on 19 May 2026. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the Company will increase from Rs. 9,79,87,854/- to Rs. 9,79,91,102.
