CG Power & Industrial Solutions allots 5,600 equity shares under ESOS

CG Power & Industrial Solutions has allotted 5,600 equity shares under ESOP on 09 September 2025. With this allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from 3,14,93,50,818 to Rs. 3,14,93,62,018 comprising of 1,57,46,81,009 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each.
