Chalet Hotels allots 1.05 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Chalet Hotels has allotted 1,05,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each to eligible employees under CHL Employee Stock Option Plan 2022.
Chalet Hotels has allotted 1,05,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each to eligible employees under CHL Employee Stock Option Plan 2022.
With this, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 21,86,85,415 equity shares of Rs.10 each amounting to Rs.2,18,68,54,150.
