MAS Financial Services has allotted 20,000 rated, listed, senior, secured, redeemable, transferable, taxable, non-convertible debentures denominated in Indian Rupees (INR), having a face value of Rs 1,00,000 each and an aggregate nominal value of Rs 200 crore (Debentures) on a private placement basis.
