The Board of Maharashtra Scooters at its meeting held on 23 July 2025 has approved the appointment of V Rajagopalan, a Non-Executive Director and S Ravikumar, a Non-Executive Director, as Joint Managing Directors of the company with effect from 01 August 2025.
