Divgi Torqtransfer Systems standalone net profit declines 41.91% in the March 2025 quarter

Net profit of Divgi Torqtransfer Systems declined 41.91% to Rs 5.35 crore in the quarter ended March 2025 as against Rs 9.21 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2024. Sales declined 10.51% to Rs 58.22 crore in the quarter ended March 2025 as against Rs 65.06 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2024.

For the full year,net profit declined 38.63% to Rs 24.39 crore in the year ended March 2025 as against Rs 39.74 crore during the previous year ended March 2024. Sales declined 13.61% to Rs 218.92 crore in the year ended March 2025 as against Rs 253.42 crore during the previous year ended March 2024.
