Net loss of Peninsula Land reported to Rs 28.28 crore in the quarter ended March 2025 as against net profit of Rs 24.51 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2024. Sales declined 44.40% to Rs 63.09 crore in the quarter ended March 2025 as against Rs 113.47 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2024.

For the full year,net loss reported to Rs 36.00 crore in the year ended March 2025 as against net profit of Rs 128.78 crore during the previous year ended March 2024. Sales declined 54.94% to Rs 257.74 crore in the year ended March 2025 as against Rs 572.04 crore during the previous year ended March 2024.
