Piramal Pharma allots 35 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Piramal Pharma has allotted 35 lakh equity shares under ESOP on 21 May 2025.

Consequent to this allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased from to Rs. 1329,24,81,300 (consisting of 132,92,48,130 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each).
