Affle 3i has allotted 2,092 equity shares under ESOS on 20 May 2025. Consequently, the issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 280,996,804/- divided into 140,498,402 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
