AU Small Finance Bank allots 1.53 lakh equity shares under ESOP

AU Small Finance Bank has allotted 1,53,312 equity shares under ESOP on 16 May 2025.

The paid-up equity share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 7,44,66,62,460 to Rss.7,44,81,95,580.
