Gokaldas Exports allots 14.63 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Gokaldas Exports has allotted 14,63,167 equity shares under 'GEL Employee Stock Option Plan 2022'.

Consequently, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 35,73,32,305 divided into 7,14,66,461 equity shares of Rs.5/- each to Rs. 36,46,48,140 divided into 7,29,29,628 equity shares of Rs.5/- each.
