Zinka Logistics Solutions allots 8.16 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Zinka Logistics Solutions has allotted 8,16,843 equity shares under ESOP on 24 April 2025.

Consequent to aforesaid allotment the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the Company would be increased from Rs. 17,74,06,667 to Rs. 17,82,23,510.
