Suzlon Energy has allotted 99,000 equity shares under ESOP on 17 April 2025. Post aforesaid allotment, the paid-up capital of the Company is Rs.2729,76,51,018 divided into 1364,88,25,509 fully paid-up equity shares having a face value of Rs.2 each.
