Board of T.V. Today Network approves purchase of immovable property in Noida

The Board of T.V. Today Network at its meeting held on 15 April 2025 has approved the proposal for purchase of immovable property situated in Noida for a consideration of Rs 200 crore (exclusive of Stamp Duty and Registration Fees and other related expenses). The property has a plot size of 8,050 sq. mtrs. including existing building and structure thereon.
