CIM tools allots CCDs worth Rs 175 cr to Samvardhana Motherson International

Samvardhana Motherson International has been allotted 17,500 9.25% Compulsory Convertible Debentures (CCDs)of face value Rs. 1 lakh each aggregating to Rs 175 crore by CIM Tools.
Samvardhana Motherson International has been allotted 17,500 9.25% Compulsory Convertible Debentures (CCDs)of face value Rs. 1 lakh each aggregating to Rs 175 crore by CIM Tools.
Further, CCDs will be converted into equity shares of CIM Tools by Q1 of Financial Year 2025-26.
