Axis Bank allots 4.15 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 4,15,836 equity shares under ESOP on 25 March 2025. The paid-up share capital of the Bank has accordingly increased from Rs. 6,193,408,822 (3,096,704,411 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 6,19,42,40,494 (3,09,71,20,247 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
