KRN Heat Exchanger invests Rs 235.76 cr in KRN HVAC Products

KRN Heat Exchanger and Refrigeration has acquired 1,17,87,830 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 200.00 each (including securities premium of Rs 190.00) aggregating to Rs 235.76 crore by way of subscribing to the rights issue of KRN HVAC Products, the subsidiary of the Company.
